To Ponder…

FOOD FOR THOUGHT – MEDITATION – CONTEMPLATION:

From Merriam Webster Dictionary:
noun in·ten·tion \in-ˈten(t)-shən\
Definition of intention
1: a determination to act in a certain way : resolve
2: import, significance
3a : what one intends to do or bring about
b : the object for which a prayer, mass, or pious act is offered
4: a process or manner of healing of incised wounds
5: concept; especially : a concept considered as the product of attention directed to an object of knowledge
6: intentions plural : purpose with respect to marriage

In each case cited above, it is assumed there is someone with an intention — you — me.
Premeditation is present (and we know this if we are aware of our behavior)

What is behind your intention? Is the purpose to gain insight, to better understand? Is it to get the upper hand or to exact vengeance? Does it arise from anger, jealousy, love, compassion, self-interest?

As you go through your daily interactions with others, observe yourself and question your intentions.
